Please join us for the OBC November in-meeting on Thursday 13 Nov. 2025. Food: Chili Cookoff - we will have outlets available to plug in your crockpot. Please bring your chili by 6:30pm.  OBC Board Elections - We will be doing our yearly board and budget elections online during the meeting.  Group Brewing - Experiemental beer sampling. 

Third judging session - food from Nicolas will be served for lunch.

Saturday morning judging session - bagels and coffee will be provided.

Friday evening session of judging - pizza will be served for attendees.

Sorting of entries for Fall Classic homebrew competition.  Please bring 6-pack holders if you have any extras laying around.

This will be a two hour class conducted by Scott Nieradka.  During the class you will taste samples of beer spiked with some of the more common beer off flavors.  The focus of the class will be on identifying the off flavors and their causes.  The class will be free for anyone judging the OBC Fall Classic.  If not judging the Fall Classic there is a $20 charge to cover the cost of the off flavor kit and beer used for tasting.

Join us for the OBC October in-meeting at F.H. Steinbarts on Thursday 9th of October. We will be doing a homebrew demo with the club's kit.  Food theme: Squashed/Smashed, you decide.
